Bottom Tier:
Cornish Yarg - Wrapped in edible nettles that are foraged this is a Caerphilly style semi-hard cheese. A lactic and mushroomy flavour.
1kg - Cow, Pasteurised.
Middle Tier:
Baron Bigod - Made by Jonny Crickmore at Fen Farm Dairy in Suffolk this is a Brie de Meaux style soft cheese with complex farmyard flavours.
250g - Cow, Pasteurised.
Top Tier:
Dorstone - a turret-shaped goat’s cheese made by Neal’s Yard Creamery in Herefordshire. Rolled in edible vegetable ash it develops a thin mould rind during maturation. Flavours of citrus.
180g - Goat, Pasteurised.

We normally ask for two weeks notice as some items are pre-order. We use a next day courier service - so we send out courier deliveries Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to arrive Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
